Since 1973, UC Law Constitutional Quarterly has published cutting-edge legal analysis of some of the most important constitutional questions of the day. The Quarterly, as the journal is known, is the country's oldest law journal devoted exclusively to constitutional issues.

Our Mission

UC Law Constitutional Quarterly endeavors to publish high-quality scholarship and to highlight diverse voices in today's most consequential legal discussions.  Like the City of San Francisco itself, San Francisco values the perspectives of students, scholars, and practitioners from a variety of backgrounds and experiences. The Quarterly hopes to push the envelope on current and future legal discussions relating to constitutional principles.
